Upload photos that best represent your pet's features. After receiving your order, our artists will complete the painting within 1-3 days. Also, you could leave notes about their personality, special traits, or any specific requests.

Absolutely! You can contact us after submitting your order to request a preview of the artwork. However, we generally suggest not seeing the artwork in advance to preserve the surprise. After 72 hours from placing the order, if the product has already been made or shipped, modifications cannot be made. If you receive the item and are not satisfied, we still offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Both the winged and non-winged versions are available for selection. The standard version is without wings.

The material used for the artwork is fibrous material with matte finish printing, which is a light-absorbing finish. The "unframed" version means you will receive the poster without a picture frame. The frame material for the framed version is Ayous wood, which is a very light, exotic wood.

Each portrait is hand-drawn by an artist. We typically deliver the digital version within 1–3 days. The package will arrive to you within 2-7 business days in US.
