When will my pre-order be shipped?
The product is currently undergoing final refinements to ensure an exceptional experience. This $10 charge secures your pre-order reservation. Production will be scheduled based on the number of reservations received, with initial shipments estimated to begin in February 2026. You will receive a notification before your order enters production.
How and when do I pay the remaining balance?
We will contact you via email or phone when your unit is ready to ship. At that time, you will be invited to complete your payment for the remaining balance of $189. Only after the final payment is received will your order be dispatched.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel your reservation at any time for a full refund of the $10 fee. Please note that the pre-order price of $199 is exclusively available to those who complete this reservation. After the pre-order period ends, the product will be sold at its full retail price of $499.
What pet actions are included?
The default hologram includes a gentle sequence of movements such as standing, wagging tail, licking paws, offering a paw, and receiving a head pat. If you have a special request for a custom movement, please leave a note during checkout or contact our support team atofficial@lovimory.com.
How is the product packaged and shipped?
Every order is thoughtfully packaged in our eco-friendly gift box, which includes Kraft paper wrapping and a 100% cotton twine tie. We also include a complimentary handwritten card for your personal message. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 2–10 business days.
